Do me a favor and make it stop freezing in Valley Forge, please. These so-called predictions suck. And no, I am not impressed with claiming after the fact.

If it’s really getting hot, Doug...you first into the cave with the loincloth.
Better yet, ritual Hara-Kiri for ya bud. Save Gaia.
Rest of us gonna not worry about a tenth of a degree or so on a curve that oscillates anyway.

Everybody with half a brain denies unproven allegations of “MANMADE” climate change.

PS PS
We pay for this twaddle.
The NASA Climate group has a rather lovely website making their case.
None of the usual objections are entertained on this website, although it does have a FAQ section which links to....TIME magazine!
How scientific, huh?

Cut pollution! Pollution is nasty and dangerous.
But carbon dioxide is about as far from pollution as any substance known to man. It's an absolutely critical component of an eco-system that sustains life as we know it, as important as oxygen and water.
And don't sweat the climatic swings - they've been going on for billions of years and there is nothing you can do to stop it, nor would any sane person want to.

Yes Jeff Kluger, 2014 was indeed the hottest year EVAH. I remember walking out on my patio and watching the neighbor's dog experience spontaneous combustion. The horror. the horror. Next, the roof on my house began to melt and liquid asphalt began to drip down the gutters, leaving an oily mess which contaminated the groundwater, and left a flammable residue which made it through the plumbing. After my morning constitutional in the bathroom, the combination of noxious, toxic gasses and a spark in my heating system caused an electric arc which totally destroyed the back third of my home. Luckily for me, it was covered by insurance, but the deductible is an out of pocket expense for me.
The next thing I discovered was that the water in the aquarium had begun to boil furiously, and even though the tropical fish like the water on the warm side, they succumbed to this human mediated horror show. All this happened in 2014: no doubt the hottest year in the history of the world.

Lies lies lies all so a “scientist” can get his grant money, and Al Gore and the rest of the Al Sharptons of the environ-Nazi gang can cash in even more. Their whole “science” is based on trace gases, of which man contributes beyond a scintilla. For example, our first radical Muslim POTUS this week declared he will issue even more regulations against those evil gas and oil companies because of “Methane concerns”. The current percentage of methane in the earths atmosphere is 0.00017% or zero point zero zero zero. If you drank a glass of water that contained 0.00017% cyanide, you would live, wouldn’t even feel it, that’s how small that number is. Now try to imagine how much of that man contributes to. Think of how long man and agriculture, cattle raising has been around and we only got that number up to 0.00017%?? Same with CO2 which is another zero point zero gas, a trace gas at 0.04% which I would say is dangerously low because if it ever got to 0.02% life is finished on earth. Once the plants go we go. But the bottom line is man can no more change the composition of the earths atmosphere to any degree of consequence than he can piss in the ocean once and turn it yellow. It’s TOO VAST!

I find it very odd that the entire year we hear about lower than average temperatures, broken low temperature records an satellite data showing no warning then at the end of the year it was the hottest year. Someone is lying. I suspect the people that get money if warming exists will always find warming.
To: Oldeconomybuyer
You would think that the temperature has NEVER been higher.

And this was an especially bad day for the satellite temperature gatherers who NASA hailed previously as the best ever. They indicated there was no increase in temperature. After all their measurements are not taken next to a AC exhaust or a newly blacktopped parking lot. How accurate could they be?

I thought
State of Fear by Michael Crichton was excellent when it came out in 2004. It was a techno-thriller, fiction, but with lots of footnotes to real data disclosing the fraud behind man-made global warming. Of course, the above-linked Wiki article is heavily biased against "Climate Change Deniers," Crichton in particular.
