When you needed something, they had it. Weren't always the cheapest, but they had it in stock. I did have a problem with their salespeople a few times, being a little too pushy on the extras. From trying to get me to buy four radios (one of each different color M&M) when I only had two nephews to buy for to assuming I'd need batteries to operate something
and puting them in the bag before either informing me that they were in there or telling me that he'd rung them up.
Others were more helpful, definitely, but no over-the-top stories in that direction spring to mind.
