Exactly! I’m sure you felt the same way about the Jerry Sandusky case. How were any of the charges against Sandusky in any way, shape, or form provable at that point?
There were 2 independent eyewitnesses who saw Sandusky buggering boys in the shower. Many of his victims filed police reports soon after the abuse. Eight of them testified under oath and were cross examined. His own adopted son was also prepared to testify that Sandusky abused him.
He admitted to showering naked with a boy in 1998 and also made incriminating comments in media interviews.
There were mountains of credible evidence against Sandusky.
