She was busted in Vegas for soliciting prostitution, but no formal charges were filed.
This is as it should be - there is a specific accusation that is formalized in a specific charge that will be presented before a court with a judge and a jury, with the standard of guilt is proven beyond a reasonable doubt.
If, after presentation of evidence and giving of testimony, Cosby is found guilty, he should be imprisoned, if acquitted, unless someone else wants to file a criminal charge, folks should shut up.
