The left will always glorify the perp who appears to be doing something good .. seeeeee .. the kid isn’t all bad.
Only the left will fall for that.

Anyone else notice the 17 year old slip his left wrist out of the handcuff behind his back and then put it back in?
If anyone's interested it's at the 20:37 time in the video.

Most likely they were both in a processing area. It’s locked but it allows you to fingerprint the perp and take mugshots. Taking them in and out of a cell is a pain so you just secure the entire room. Perp is handcuffed until you need to fingerprint. Cop usually locks his gun in a locker before entering the room, and help is always just a yell away. Which is why the cops got there so quick once the perp started yelling and kicking the door.

That sounds a little more like it.
What is the status of the cop .. did he have a stroke or a heart attack ..??

He had a “heart episode” of some sort. They used a defib to get him going again. He will recover fully.

I dont think you realize he had to kick at the fencing to alert them - because he could not get anywhere near the cop.
I don't know what YOU were watching but the attached video clearly showed the handcuffed kid in the same room with the officer who collapsed........Wow, this place is getting weird.
