There are also those in the liberty movement who cling to the notion that the fight against globalism will be won without physical conflict. They believe that if we simply protest long enough, play the political and legal game long enough, nullify long enough, refuse to participate long enough, that the elitist edifice, an edifice which has existed for centuries and has manipulated historical precedence for just as long, will suddenly disappear in a puff of fairy dust.No one voluntarily steps away from power. Scolding a sociopath is a fools errand.

Brandon here must be a Millennial. Maybe he just got his college degree?
Entering An Era Of Shattered Illusions? Hell, we are WAY past that Era. Now entering a Era of Hopeless Futility.

Let us keep the powder dry and the addresses of politicians and MSM folks stored.
When the Obamastuff hits the fan, we can use the former for both CW-II and stalking the latter.

Brandon here must be a Millennial. Maybe he just got his college degree?Yea, he clearly wants to show off his smartical particles, but peel back the pretensions and he makes a couple of good points.

George Washington did, at least three times. But he was clearly the exception.

Yes, he blathered on and on for far too many paragraphs.
But like many articles; if you just read the last paragraph and see the conclusion, then you get the jist of it all.
And he does reach an OK conclusion.

But he was clearly the exception.Undoubtedly.
He even turned down royal titles that they wanted to bestow on him.

I really need to take more seriously the two things I still lack on my KY property:
1. Solar power
2. A concealed carry permit.

I really need to take more seriously the two things I still lack on my KY property: 1. Solar power 2. A concealed carry permit.AMEN brother.
1. I just got off the grid completely in July. I discovered that I need to add wind power during the winter months to my solar to run at peak power 24/7. I have a propane generator back-up, but it would be nice not to dip into it.
2. Get the permit and don't look back! Had mine for 6 years and wished I'd done it sooner.

We're looking at wind too. As you can see in the first picture (our property includes two "knobs" with two "hollers" with streams) there can be some good wind sometimes.

We get 300+ days of sunshine here, but the short winter days along with snowstorms make a full charge harder.
Don't know a thing about Kentucky sunshine, but if you got wind frequently, why not harness it too?

Don’t see a lake. Do you have a large cistern, or a shallow well?
