ATT stadium, Arlington Texas, Indoors, Ohio State at Oregon (-6 O/U 73).
thanks.
This young QB has given Ohio State a big boost.
Dip wad let go of the ball before it broke the endzone.
Ducks recover fumble!
Ouch! At the 21
The way OSU has dominated UO needed that turnover, HAH!
OSU screwed on a review but burns through only to fumble!
Are all these people on drugs?
this is some dumb all over and maybe a little ugly on the side stuff.
Go Ducks!
Great Game!
Chill my, it’s only a game, but it’s a fun one to watch.
Sometimes life gives you lemons. You just have to make Lemonade.......
21-20 OSU vs OU.
I’m having fun!
Jones’ inexperience is telling.
Quite remarkable how OSU is completely dominating both scrimmage lines yet letting them stay in the game.
OSU gives it away but their D keeps the points that should have been for Oregon off the board....4 takeaways and 10 points only....Oregon needs to keep OSU off the board from now on....
I expect this stuff from College football, but at the National level?
WHAT A GREAT GAME!
4 turnovers may have a factor in that.
jones might be inexperienced but whats mariottas excuse?
go bucks pluck them ducks!
Defense! Defense! Keep the running game with Elliot, go Team Go!
But observe the year-by-year trend:
.235
.246
.256
.272
Plus, over the four year period, his K%AB dropped from 39.9% to 31.6%. Meanwhile, his BB rate (BB%PA) improved from 5.3% to 9.6% during the last 3 yrs.
Personally, I don't see how someone improves dramatically beyond those numbers after the age of 27.
Normally, you'd be right; a player usually peaks in the 27-29 age range. But remember that Bo was essentially learning on the fly. He only had 53 G of minor league experience before debuting in the bigs. And prior to that, I don't believe he had played baseball competitively since high school (i.e., for six years).
Given the steep slope on Bo's learning curve and the rapidity with which he made adjustments, I'd project Bo's best years would've come at age 29-31.
Was this because of injuries, or did he cut his baseball seasons short to play in the NFL?
My recollection is that Bo initially left the Royals in September, once the NFL season started. Later on, he might've been splitting his September weeks between football and baseball.
He is ignoring Elliot.
