Great series.
They don’t, although some more extreme certainly have been causing trouble.
As he should. He could have made a good point, instead he just spewed nonsense.
And the UK is not the caliphate or muslim nation some people here seem to think either.
And btw, the UK of 1995 IS the UK of today. Muslims have been here since the 50’s, that was the decade which saw the largest immigration of non-whites into Britain. Ironically the only ethnic change in 20 years is the WHITE eastern European mass migration to the UK in the 00’s. Some Yugoslav and Somalian migration in the mid 90s.
Except in this case, the man is utterly wrong.
Yes, it’s certainly too much. Time to send the muslim immigrants back home to Pakistan.
Yes, much of the areas just outside the Paris beltway is that way.
No, I don’t think it’s a caliphate. But it’s noty the England of the 1990’s. Been there & seen the change. Also, know Brits who have been waiting for U.S. Citizenship who hardly recognize the country they were born in.
That is a sad state of affairs. And similar to what a lot of us in California feel like- we hardly recognize our own state anymore.
Yes, it’s sad. I thought about moving to England 15 or 20 years ago. Maybe I should have, because I wouldn’t move there now.
Then cut off the benefits there and let’s see how long they last autonomously
“Also, know Brits who have been waiting for U.S. Citizenship who hardly recognize the country they were born in.”
They don’t like Britain because in some parts of some cities outsiders are not welcome and yet they want to move to the US, er, because as we all know anyone can wander through any part of any American city at any time and never experience any trouble at all?
Ya think ya might want to let them know a little about American cities before they decide to move there?
They have now awakened to the fact that they have CANCER, it's metasticizing... and oh yes, THEY GAVE IT TO THEMSELVES.
They already own a vacation home here
I don’t know what 1990s England you encountered. If you are trying to claim it was some white-heavy paradise with little Muslim/ethnic population, you are, as we Limeys say, ‘havin’ a laugh’.....
I am British, I lived in the UK every moment of that decade, travelled in it top to bottom, worked across it. I KNOW what UK 1990-1999 was and what it wasn’t.
What part of England or the UK?. Contrary to US belief, great chunks of England and almost all of Scotland, Wales and NI have little or no Muslims.
And with all due respect, most Brits wouldn’t move to the US either.
Aren’t there areas of Washington DC, Baltimore, even Savannah that are no go zones?
“And with all due respect, most Brits wouldnt move to the US either.”
No, of course not. I spoke with a friend a few days ago who has British friends who are moving to Canada.
Most American inner cities in the east coast and south are “Chocolate cities” where honkies fear to go. About the same thing.
The 1990’s England I visited was wonderful. The only noticeably arab/asian area was London. Travelled to Cambridge area, York, the Dales, Scarborough...All wonderful.
The real changed has occurred in the past 12-15 yrs.
The Brits I know who are trying to get U.S. citizenship lived near the Welsh border.
I believe my friend’s friends who are relocating to Canada because they don’t feel safe, especially going out at night, live in the Manchester area.
