Holder is a corrupt POS... but standard diplomacy (ie, the art of saying "nice doggie" while grabbing your shotgun) dictates that it is wise to continue to keep the appearances up, and to keep the billion not-yet-violent Muslims at ease, while we continue to deal with the 300 million who are violent.
