Everyone gripes about the problem, but no one is looking for a solution. Maybe the dude is evil, (not from the ravings the day before in articles at the link--there was a screw loose, or a few of them). Maybe it was a personal and unmedicated malfunction, maybe there is a pervasive problem with some of the crap the pill peddlers are handing out.

I am haunted by the thought that a significant number of Americans are taking drugs that are at least peripherally involved in incidents of mass slaughter and other generally socially unacceptable behaviour.

If we don't ask, if we don't look, we may never see the real problem, in which case more little girls (and other people) may well die horrible deaths.

Preventing that isn't 'liberal', FRiend, it is about as conservative as it gets.
