The French terror suspects are dead at both locations, according to the City Hall of Dammartin and the French ambassador to the U.S.
And the hostage at Dammartin -- held by two Charlie Hebdo attack suspects -- is alive, the City Hall of Dammartin said.
The dramatic developments came after sustained gunfire and small explosions erupted at both hostage situations in France.
There were at least four explosions and a barrage of gunfire at the kosher market in Paris and then police were seen going in. People then were seen coming out of the market, and ambulances and firetrucks drove towards the market, loaded people in and drove away.
Two simultaneous hostage-takings in France today were linked, with suspected gunmen in each situation connected through an earlier attempt to break a convicted terrorist out of jail, Paris' public prosecutor told ABC News.
Amedi Coulibaly, 32, a suspect in a Thursday fatal shooting of a police officer in Paris' Monrouge area, is believed to be involved with a hostage standoff at a kosher grocery, police said. Coulibaly was convicted for his involvement in an attempt to help a convicted terrorist escape custody, while Cherif Kouachi -- a suspected gunman in Wednesday's massacre at a French satirical newspaper office -- was released.

Well, let’s see...article says coulibay was convicted for trying to help a terrorist escape jail...and now he possibly killed an officer in south Paris tuesday and took ho stages and news reports are saying altho many hostages alive anywhere from 4 to 10 may have died...with BBC reporting the higher number...why was this guy out off jail? Can victims’ families sue the French criminal justice system?

Hostages have reportedly been taken in a jewelry store in Montpellier, Southern France. The new incident is being reported shortly after hostages were freed and Charlie Hebdo suspects killed in Northern France.

Fix is already in to blame society for this event. Shep on Fox was saying that these 20 year olds (not even referred to as Muslim) need jobs to keep the appeal of terrorism from recruiting them. No mention of a violent religion or that they move into countries to convert them, not be assimilated into the native population. This is why we need immigration limits, to allow for assimilation rather than living as outcasts creating their own communities until numbers grow to the point they can exercise their will.

Leave it to the French to not only "let" a suspect get away, but to actually give her a ride.
