Already being done, by Obama decree. He's been releasing hardened militants from Gitmo and elsewhere to receive further training in the middle east. Only thing is, they'll be back and create havoc here on our shores.
Best way to send them back is in body bags. But that's a no-no because our politically correct "leaders" cater to them, while forcibly disarming us.
