Were they allowed strong language? Probably not allowed by the Nanny Government. They are issued Government regulated
pens and paper though. Oh wait, those officers Are the enforcers of the Nanny Government.
I'm trying really hard to appreciated an unarmed police force, but it makes my brain hurt.
