There were no qualified or notable campaigns for speaker within the Republican Party other than John Boehner, Love said. Casting a vote for a candidate who has not actively campaigned and does not have the support to be speaker is an indirect vote for Nancy Pelosi, and I will not vote for Nancy Pelosi. That's extremely suspicious! It's almost word for word what Kevin Yoder KS representative said on his facebook. Somebody told them to say that.
Good thing is all reps in KS are getting SLAMMED on facebook - except Huelskamp - he the golden boy for sticking up for his principles.

Here's what Kevin Yoder said on facebook: Today, our first vote was election for Speaker of the House. John Boehner received a majority of votes at 216, second was Nancy Pelosi at 164, third was Daniel Webster of Florida at 12 votes. No other candidate received more than 3 votes. This came down to a choice between John Boehner and Nancy Pelosi. When faced with those choices, I supported the current Speaker over the former. I know many of you support neither of them but simply put, there was no viable alternative.

I'm so disappointed in all the other KS reps though and they deserve to be slammed as I will join in. The republican establishment spent a lot of money trying to primary Huelskamp but the good people of his district would not allow them to pull that off.
