Uh, WHAT!? Did he go in arms raised or gun drawn? No choice? Excuse the pun, but what a cop-out, “Oh, the POOR poor, pitiful victim”

I would prefer to read about the perp being toes-up

When I saw this story last night on a Baltimore news station, I said, “That guy is a dead man”. The police may wind up getting some good intel from him, but the gang will find him and kill him. I hope he does not have a family.

This is the same gang that was actually running one of the prisons in Baltimore City. Drugs and other contraband were brought into the jail, and the gang leader who was incarcerated there even had female friends there working as prison guards. He impregnated a few of them.
