The second round of voting is mentioned in this article with no restrictions...a second round would mean all not part.

I would not think only a few would re vote, therefore with chaos, it would be possible for a really split vote if Boehner lost first time...opening a door for the Wicked Witch of the West. So be careful what you wish for, and if anyone can find anything different please post it.

Thanks Kackikat. I wasn’t mentioning you to differ, but rather to explain where I came up with the open vote concept in the second round.

I would disagree with you, but only if the majority of the Republicans who did not vote for Boehner, had voted for one select person.

As it was, you had the typical herd of cats that make up the Republican House doing what cats do, heading off across the 360 degree spectrum of space.

So hey, I can’t find fault with your premise.
