I noticed that this morning too. The roads were in atrocious condition and in 50+ miles I counted exactly 3 salt trucks. And one was in Baltimore.

And this was 295 to 495 to work. Not exactly back roads either.

I thought it highly “unprepared” for how miserably snow effects this area, and people’s ability (or non ability) to drive, that there would be so few out and about. Even at the early hour I travel.

I’m not one for conspiracy theories but this was a “hmm” moment for me. Given how the lower number of house members helped Boner and all.

And it took me 2.5 hours to get to work when it normally takes 1 hour. Traffic was a nightmare. Quite frankly I’m surprised as many made it to the House as they did.
