somebody wake me when it’s time to send a check to the New Conservative Party. I will stay with Cruz as long as he’s in. After Bush or Romney win the nomination, I will write in Cruz as my vote.

This is no way an indictment of Cruz. He has fought the good fight, and fought it well. But the moment of truth is upon him, for the fight is now over. If he stays in the party, he becomes part of the problem, not the solution. It is time to break free, and those that don't show courage and leadership should not be followed.

New York has had an official conservative party for over 50 years, as opposed to a conservative wing of the Republican Party. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conservative_Party_of_New_York_State) The Conservative Party of New York has its own convention, nominees, and ballot line. Time to go national.
