I don’t know. I was wondering that myself as I haven’t read anything about it. Not sure if it acts like a “Present” or “abstain”, thereby decreasing the majority of votes needed by Boehner; or, if it decreases his chances for a majority like it would if someone that was nominated was voted for.

we got 5 inches of snow in the DC suburbs this AM, when they had forecast 1-2”, to a dusting. Took me 2 hours to get into work from Fairfax Co. No way Gowdy could have foreseen this bc no one did. This is our first snow of the season.
