I wonder if minority students includes students from Asia or American born students who parents, grand parents etc emigrated from Asia. Somehow I don’t think the parents of Asian students will support the eliminating of testing.

Liberals say minority when they mean black. Conservatives do the same in order not to single out blacks as under-performers, on average. That would be raciss.
