All men and women are bound to the same general “rules” in marriage. There is no discrimination. ONE man, ONE woman.

Even men and women may not marry just ANYONE.
- If that partner is still married (even if they are separated, EVEN if their spouse won’t sign off on the divorce).
- If they are of close relation (California considers it incest even if the siblings are both adopted).
- If one or both partners are too young to marry (but not necessarily to engage in legal sexual relations).

To: a fool in paradise

exactly where is the discrimination?

A normal man can marry a normal woman.
They can’t marry the same sex and homosexuals can marry the opposite sex and not each other just like normal people so where on earth is the discrimination?

There isn’t.
