Miami-Dade County will become the first place in Florida to allow same-sex couples to marry on Monday, 13 hours before a gay-marriage ban that has been ruled unconstitutional is lifted in the rest of the state.

SCOTUS had a chance to stop the travesty in Florida. Only Thomas and Scalia wanted to rule for truth.

Well for one thing, I don’t hang with folks that would participate in a gay marriage. I have not seen any on TV news or anything. I guess I have been lucky to be oblivious to it.
The vote I cast against this is now officially meaningless, because some pervert in a black robe with a law degree has decided he knows better than the rest of us.
Which is why we need REAL change.
hopefully. and likely theologically correct is the view that the dearly departed are not aware of the conditions here...
Heaven would not be such a wonderful place were those inhabiting same forced to take note of the hell on earth
Channel 7...one of the few things I miss about SoFla...I could tune in and always be assured of a laugh. On the other hand, I wouldn’t mind “counseling” Lynne Martinez occasionally....
Exactly right.
worked with a homosexual woman from NY who said she was married to her wife.
In the end I corrected her that in this state she is not married which brought her to throw a tantrum and demanded me to accept it.
I did not.
Marriage is what it is..and CAN NOT be what it isnt’t.
The battle here is over, on to other things I guess.
i’m trying to understand how a federal judge can overrule a state constitution amendment. 61% voted for the amendment and now a federal judge can dictate what he feels is right
how that’s even legal is beyond me.
why bother having a voting system if the ‘ruling class’ can ‘correct’ the vote whenever they don’t favor the outcome
Well I guess........We will not lose unless all 50 go to the dark side.
The fight goes on. The media and these judges are on the wrong side of history.
See post 38.
That's the sum of the issue.
No civilization that celebrates perversion has lasted a long time.
We are no different.
...which is why the Sixth circuit’s ruling is so important.
The Supreme Court has a responsibility to uphold that ruling and let Americans keep their freedoms.
Otherwise, SCOTUS is part of the problem.
“We” will, not might, lose every single battle for godliness. That’s because we try to fight it ourselves. We have forgotten how to yield our own battles to the Lord.
A judge can rule that unicorns exist too, but that won’t make them real. Same-sex “marriage” is not and never will be real; the pretense is a legal fiction that allows gays to pay higher income taxes.
+1
