Sorry you have a headache. Hope it’s better when you wake up this morning.

Did you find what was banging around outside last night?

Something “crashed”.

That happens around here, too. I do the same thing as you and sneak around looking at everything until I find the culprit.

I do not walk around empty-handed.

Usually the noise is from the feral cats in the neighborhood. I have a very large, thick Night Jasmine vine in the back yard. The cats think that it is a good place to hide at night. The only problem is that more than one gets in there and the literal cat-fight ensues. ;-)

“ANY surgery at 92 is “major”.”

I agree. It makes me insane when I hear a doctor or novice say, “It was a ‘minor’ heart attack.” Say what? ‘Minor’ heart attack? There is no such thing! Any heart attack is major!

Mr. & Mrs. Daryl Dragon had themselves one more hit. Toni had a wonderfully expressive voice.

ROCKUMENTARY: JANUARY 3, 1980

#4 – Stevie Wonder: “Send One Your Love”

He had been incubated for years at Motown, and now he was writing movie soundtracks. He could do hard driving R&B, soft rock and jazz.

#3 – Michael Jackson: “Rock With You”

Michael was growing up but not yet beginning his metamorphosis into a white woman. This was a move into disco. His great change of style was still a few years into the future.

#2 – Rupert Holmes: “Escape”

If there were a song to epitomize the late Seventies, this would be it. He wasn’t exactly a one-hit wonder, but this one eclipsed everything else he did.
