CONWAY, SC (WIS TV) -
A man accused of sexually assaulting a victim Thursday was beaten by an acquaintance of the victim before the police even arrived.
William Mattson's mugshot clearly shows the result of what happened to him early Thursday morning before officers with the Conway Police Department came to the scene around 12:57 a.m.
Police found the mangled Mattson, 52, at the Highway 905 residence with the victim claiming the sexual assault.
Investigators stopped short of saying who exactly beat Mattson, but said the person was "acting in defense for the victim."
Mattson was then arrested and taken to the J. Reuben Long Detention Center.
That’s a shame.

It looks like he walked into a door, became disoriented, fell down the basement stairs, tried to right himself by pulling on a storage shelf full of wrenches, hammers and paint cans. Unfortunately, the shelf fell over, and all of the contents of the shelf hit the guy, one after the other.
At least, that’s the story I’d tell, if I were the “acquaintance of victim” in question.
At 52 he was a bit over the hill to be trying that stuff. Should have taken his Viagra and stuck with a consenting partner.
Looks like justice was served.

What was the age of the alleged victim?
What was the sex of the alleged victim?
What was the age and sex of the person who beat this guy’s ass and what was their relationship to the victim?
The fact that no arrest of the beater is mentioned says volumes without giving any details.

Yep, same as it ever was! Anyway, the “accused” molester’s mugshot is a visual presentation of immediate partial justice.

They should have charged him with battery resulting in bodily injury, too. He repeatedly struck the “aquaintance’s” fists with his face, no doubt resulting in scrapes and bruising to the knuckles.
I think we know who the real victim is here...
