Actually I'm not sure I remember either. We took those names from wanted posters in the local Post Office.
Pub', I'm on 3 of 10 with respect to the new Federalist Papers book. Should be halfway through by the end of the holiday period. Lots of reference checking. For example, where you quoted Jefferson as saying, "Up yer nose, you bald-headed Limey git!" in the first draft of the Declaration of Independence...man, I dunno...
