The Gitmo inmates deserve full constitutional protection and a trial in US courts so that the evil US schemes can be fully ventilated in the court of public opinion according to BHO’s associates and mentors. Also in many cases it is probable that there is not enough evidence that can be used in a court of law to sustain a prosecution so many of these ‘freedom fighters’ will have to be let go if Gitmo closes.BHO may not buy all of that meme but he is obliged to the likes of Bill Ayers enough to be obligated to close the Guantanamo facility before he departs the White House. Beyond that, I believe he will attempt to retrocede the Navy Station at Guantanamo Bay back to Cuba to (1) make sure the US will never again be able to send prisoners from the war against Islamic terrorism to such a facility and (2) it will prove his ‘anti-colonialist bona fides to the Castro regime.

Well, a thought experiment: Let's just say that Barack Obama hates America and doesn't much care for the American people either. If we say that is true; then, everything he has been doing and is still doing, makes sense. In fact, it is the only way it makes sense.
If obama knows nothing else he knows the only way to destroy a Free Republic is from within, he can be stopped but the leadership in congress wants what he wants, only that they should take his place after he accomplishes all he can so as to enjoy the fruits of his labor.

I agree that his ultimate goal is to abandon the base at Guantanamo and let it go back to the Cubans. Although I think that would require congressional approval, that has not been a deterrent to his lawlessness so far. He’s just a common pig.
Of course there are substantive counter examples. Zero entertains himself a lot -- golf, TV, movies, etc, etc -- and leaves the items on the to-do list to Valerie Jarrett.
As people have long argued here, Zero is not the anti-Christ because he doesn't have the work ethic to be the anti-Christ.
