Apparently the mayor never received the advice my papa, whose colorful history of misunderstandings with law enforcement I will not disclose here, gave me. To wit, never argue with a cop (or a judge). Personally, I would have avoided pi$$ing off my Praetorian Guard, but I guess the mayor has never heard of Caligula either.
I don’t think you understood me. I was saying that I wish Republicans had the guts to stick to their guns under adversity, which few of them actually do.
Oh, I am in full agreement with your posts. I became a bit longwinded because as I wrote, it just occurred to me exactly how deBlasio could easily make these public rejections by the Cops work in his favor without having to change his tactics of division.
