Terrence Tusan, 22, was found dead outside a Denton, Tex., apartment Sunday after allegedly breaking into a home while on his holiday break from Howard University. The senior played three seasons with the Howard Bisons.
“Whats the name of that nice Black area...anywhere in the world?”
Turks and Caicos Islands. 88% Black.
Homicide rate 6.6/100K.
1994 U.S. homicide rate 9.8
2012 U.S. Homicide rate 4.7
Lots of Canadians go there for vacation.
It is a counter example.

The most likely explanation for “fellow blacks are most often the victims of their crimes”, is because they assume there will be reporting thus no legal ramification.
Your exposure and experiences must be limited way up there in lobster country.
So show me a successful ‘black culture’ country.
I contend that some American white kids often mimic or emulate black culture, because they see, in their schools, that blacks are permitted to get away with even the rudest and most anti-social behavior, with no seeming consequence.
Please accept my apology in my apparent misinterpretation of your prev posts.
Please then explain the 96%+ voting record for nobama.
Many blacks learned long ago to tell whitey what they were pretty sure that whitey wanted to hear.
Forget what you were taught about this in school. Research current publications on violence linked to genetics. Keep an open mind while you do this, understanding that every possible effort has been expended by those who would like to deny this linkage.
Yes, there is a link between low IQ and crime. There is also evidence that much can be overcome with culture.
Crime rates could be brought down significantly if respect for the rule of law was taught and believed by all.
Lots of reasons that it is not. Genetics does not rule all when it comes to crime.
You have probably read The Bell Curve. It gives some useful suggestions.
The Middle ages data is not pushed in current education, but it does show that when you have little respect for the rule of law, homicide rates soar.
I am not disputing a statistical link of low IQ to crime. I am saying that respect for the law can be taught to low IQ individuals. There is also evidence that IQ is partially cultural, and can be raised some amount.
I have heard the Bahamas are pretty nice as well, although certain neighborhoods in Nassau are a bit rough.
“...Called “good kid” by his former coach. espn reporting that ‘his motives are a mystery.’ His mother is also mystified about what might be his motive”
What did his father say?
All the thugs in the NFL played college ball.
Nobody wants to hear it, but he didn’t need a motive, he’s Black and it’s a cultural thing.
There is a link between genetics and violence. And, if you choose to ignore it and regurgitate the dogma of the 70’s I can’t help you.
Bahamas has a very high homicide rate. Almost 30 per 100,000.
I agree that there is a genetic link with violence. I do not think anything that I have posted denies that.
If you are saying that genetics imposes limits that cannot be overcome by environment, I agree as well.
I am saying that the high rate of violence in the American Black population is caused by genetics and environment, because the rate of violence has varied quite a bit over the years and it varies quite a bit geographically as well.
“First time I ever felt comfortable saying fake but accurate.”
Yes, I agree!
