Up state New York is gorgeous, but I still wouldn’t open a business there!

There re two New Yorks:
1) New York City metro area which is booming as a financial and media hub.
2) Upstate which has been loosing population for 50 years. It used to be home many manufacturers: Xerox, Eastman Kodak and large manufacturing facilities for carrier, GM & GE, etc. Those jobs are long gone.
Cuomo’s blocking fracking is just the latest of many bad decisions over the last 50 years.

Yes it is but the eight months of winter is a drawback too.
