Battling a big problem like climate change will require big ideas. And scientists in the U.K. have one of the biggest: take ocean water, shoot it up into the atmosphere, and let the resulting clouds cool the earth like a massive, wet blanket.
Granted, these folks are not the first to float this incredible-sounding strategy, known as "marine-cloud brightening." In one example, the physicist John Latham wrote in 1990 that the life of clouds might be prolonged by artificially increasing their "droplet concentration." These thicker clouds would reflect more of the sun's radiation away from the planet, in theory allowing its fever to diminish.
But researchers at the University of Manchester and elsewhere have drafted a road map for what they think is the world's best marine cloud-seeding plan. They envision a fleet of ships traveling the oceans, spraying vast quantities of seawater into the ether with a technique called the "Rayleigh jet." (In this study, the Rayleigh's efficiency beat other methods such as the "Taylor cone jet" and "effervescent spray atomization.") Dispersed in the higher altitudes, the water would leave behind fine salt crystals that serve as nuclei for cloud formation

Since there is now 0 (zero) sea salt at high altitudes I wonder what unintended consequences there might be from polluting the upper atmosphere with it.
The left doesn't have the slightest concept of the process that allows then to power their electric cars. They don't care, either.

If manipulates the low infobots to follow Utopian fantasies rather than reality. It allows the divide and conquer strategy. DemonRATs use ideology in alliance with their leader because they know smoke and mirrors is all they have. They are not about fixing problems. They are about maintaining power even if it means destroying everything to do so. The ends justifies the means.
So, if we avoid the ideological page, we can use a pragmatic approach to appeal to the low infobots. Then, the other side looks like the party that has their heads in the clouds rather than the job of fixing America’s problems. They would rather play a round of golf or go on vacation rather than fixing problems. I am hoping America is seeing the DemonRATs as the party lacking the aptitude for fixing America’s problems—like their leader, Zer0.
Where do we get the energy to pump it? Coal? Cold fusion? Free energy?

The easiest way to increase cloud formation is to increase particulates - go backto burning dirty coal without stack scrubbers.
Based on recent history, this will work just fine.
the salt falls out, only water evaporates, it will cause to sea to become more saline and kill all life if done enough.

VERY SIMPLE......
Just confiscate all that nasty FRACKING EQUIPMENT....and use it to pump the sea water up into the sky....
