That’s a good question...when does using your first amendment rights to speech and peaceable assembly cross over into barging in on other’s right not to be molested? Maybe they can charge them with some excessive noise violation.

Marching in a street and in a park without a permit is against the law in NYC. They have at least broken these laws without arrest.

If they have broken the laws, they should be arrested. That I can agree with. But if they're not marching in the street or they do have a permit to be in a park, these slimy b.....ds have a right to free speech.

I wish the earth would open up and swallow them whole, but the facts remain as long as they're not breaking the law and violating the rights of others they have a right to speak their horrid views.
