1. The idiot is definitely a loser.

2. How do you press charges against a dead man? How do you drag him in from the morgue?

“Wings on Pigs” or “Pigs in a Blanket” are the new catch phrases among the Obamanation.

The Civil War is about to go hot. When it does, don’t trust anyone under thirty. The’ve all been indoctrinated to parrot the party line like Pavlov’s dogs.

More info:

"the [police] department was notified of the post by an anonymous message from someone who sent the police a link to DiRosa's Facebook account...

"[T]he department also sent out an advisory... which features photos of DiRosa from his Facebook page, describes him as 'currently on probation,' but did not specify the offenses for which he's been convicted.

"It notes he is not known to have any firearms, but officers are encouraged 'to use extreme caution' when they encounter him."

Dude’s an idiot, no doubt, but at this point, he hasn’t actually committed a crime. It’s a little disconcerting that they are seeking a criminal complaint for this - no crime has been committed at this point, it’s all “thought crime” at this point. If they can obtain criminal complaint based on this post, those of us who consider ourselves members of the “vast right wing conspiracy” need to take note.

Guy looks like a real winner. That said, it is my understanding that threats have to be credible in order to arrest someone. Absent some sort of violent history this just smacks of the same jack booted, heavy hand BS that has so many in this country sympathizing with the “I can’t breath” crowd.

I’m all for putting a full time police watch on the guy and making sure if he shows himself to be any sort of threat he is stopped with appropriate prejudice. Not for arresting and charging people for what they say though. Seems there is a protection in the constitution about that.
