Fox News host Tucker Carlson declared on Sunday that MSNBC activist host and US Attorney General Eric Holder were guilty of inciting the murder of two police officers in Brooklyn over the weekend.
"The murders took place out of the blue in the context of a lot of political agitation," Carlson explained on Sunday. "You don't want to start speculating about why this happened or casting blame unfairly. Again, we know who pulled the trigger, he is ultimately responsible."
"But it's such an emotional thing, it's so wrong, immoral, unfair, that it's almost hard not to point out at some of the people who have been whipping race hatred in this country for the past couple of months, and saying they do bear some responsibility for this."
Co-host Ainsley Earhardt pointed out one group of protesters had chanted for police officers to be killed. She did not however mention that her own network had deceptively edited [video at URL] the clip to make it look like Sharpton was leading the chant, even though he was in another city.
"Tucker was referencing some of the leaders who have whipped up the protests into a frenzy," co-host Clayton Morris noted...

1.) I said that De Blasio should not have blame placed on him (it basically leads to unending blame being placed just about everywhere with scapegoats galore), and that when someone posts that a lawsuit needs to be filed against others for inciting murder, I show that their reasoning will lead to others having incitement accusations lobbed at them, and that neither cops (the cop involved with Garner) nor De Blasio, nor anyone should be accused of inciting anything. That is pure, dispassionate reason.
2.) I say that we need NEITHER chaos and anarchy in the streets, (and those causing anarchy must be dealt with) NOR should we have any cops that have a "Kneel before Zod" attitude. Both are unacceptable. One does not have to fall for the either/or false choice that we must have one or the other... We can have something in between.
What we need is a system where special prosecutors are brought in when deadly force is used, to separate Prosecuting attorney's from forces they may be too close to and thus have a bias in favor of. All PA's/DA's must be guided only by dispassionate reason, and be free from all forms of bias. Secondly, if a civilian is dead with another civilian left standing, generally an arrest would be made, even if the person said it was self-defense. Do the same for police officers when a civilian is left dead, and then take things to trial for both cops and civilians. We need bias not favoring civili9ans nor police officers. A near-perfect balance is what is needed.
Dispassionate reason need only apply here.
And enough with the lies against the political right from the political left and any lies against the left from the right. No one is infallible...
And enough with placing blame on anyone. This has to stop...
Ping.
No one ever thought Sharpton led the chant, or accused him of that. He obviously whipped up the frenzy.
When someone says that the cops are committing targeted attacks on black males, then they’ve earned the demonization when a cop gets killed.
DeBlasio and Shapton put the lies out there. It’s not demonization when someone acts demonic.
Sharpton considers it a badge of honor that he helped murder two NYPD cops..after all this is the same guy that has caused riots in the past and paraded around a woman who claimed to have been gang raped by a bunch of white men which turned out to be a total lie, he never apologized for that either
0bama was wrong about Henry Gates he was wrong about Trayvon Martin and he was wrong about Michael Brown. Race had nothing to do with any of those incidents and even the Garner family doesn't believe race had anything to do with Eric Garner's arrest and death.
0bama is the driving force behind using four incidents with no racial components to reopen and inflame a racial divide in this country like nothing that has existed before.
“””””A near-perfect balance is what is needed.”””””
The balance is good OR evil. Only GOOD is acceptable.
A near-perfect balance is what is needed
If we lived in a ‘near-perfect’ society, balance could be achieved. Look around you at the condition of our nation, where do you find the angels (not men) we need to put things back in order? We lost this nation a long time ago. According to history, things are going to get a lot worse.
I don’t think anyone next to the three of them on Fox News (about as worthless now as MSNBC and CNN) wiuld accuise them of that.
But did they say that he was in another city when the clips were being shown?
Perhaps they should have.
And concerning the clips - why go from one to another? And should they say that he was in another city if you go from one clip to another?
“(it basically leads to unending blame being placed just about everywhere with scapegoats galore)”
This makes no sense.
People will be into the “kneel before Zod” game (both giving and getting) until they kneel before God.
Regarding the focusing of blame on DiBlasio, Sharpton, Jackson, Obama and Holder, the right should never let a crisis go to waste,
This is Al Sharpton. He is a genuine, no BS, real life hate monger super villain, just like this Marvel bad guy.
Al Sharpton is quite literally America's Voice of Hate and Rage.
Hey, last time I heard God can send zillions of them. How about asking the Boss?
This needs to stop.
Someone has to make the first move.
You counter lies with facts.
Prove them wrong. Show in one instance after another that stats show that white cops do not kill blacks at a far more disproportionate rate than black cops kill whites.
Reason and proof is what silences people, not yelling and screaming.
To condense your post #1 into a few words;
“It’s OK to shout fire! in a crowded theater.”
Good is not either anarchy or “Kneel before Zod.” Both are unacceptable. Not all cops act like “Kneel before Zod.” Not by a longshot.
Few do, but those that do must be fired.
Stop thinking either/or.
so didn’t deblasio- who is now trying to save his job by pretending his opinion has changed
I’m sorry - thinking is all I have.
