I was curious about that tech blog Rush referred to. He said he wasn’t going to refer to the author by name.
I think I found it. I Google’d the phrase “dozens of adages and fables that explain” which Rush read from.
Turns out this was written in a blog post 3 days ago by Dave Winer who has been heavily involved in Internet technology. Some things he created were blogging and RSS. I haven’t read the whole blog post yet,
