POS had already done some time for being a felon caught with a gun. Obviously didn’t serve long enough. Court mandated costs pushing up price of incarceration is part of the problem, and not just direct costs. There needs to be some pushback against those judges.
They need to make it cheap to incarcerate these people for decades.
Rights for TV, weights and endless appeals need to be cut down.
