A woman here in LA a few days ago killed four churchgoers while they crossed the street in Torrance..the woman was high on prescription drugs..maybe the “Gun Control” crowd thinks we should ban prescription drugs, or cars..because hey, no one is ever responsible for their actions, its always someone elses fault

Are you referring to the paraplegic with the special car that was high and ran over people?
I hear the arrest photo shows how high she was.
She probably over prescribed herself or we may find it is another pot head.
In any case expect her to claim there was trouble with her specially equipped car.
