I know all NY’ers did not vote for the communist. But, the entire state is so far left i could never live there and only go on business when I can’t avoid it. NY’ers still have the ability to vote with their feet. Leave it a shell inhabited by the 0ccupy movement.

No. The entire state is NOT leftist. Much of the balance of NY is rather red, but we are cancelled out by the population of NYC.

The entire state is NOT left. It is downstate, mostly from Westchester county on down, that is the problem.
The vast vast majority of upstate and western NY is quite conservative. And vastly outnumbered by the leftist concentration down in NYC.
And I refuse to be chased out. My family has lived here for over 200 years. It is the relative newcomers that have screwed it all up.
Upstate NY is conservative. NYC is our leftist hell hole.

That is what happened in NYC with the last radical (David Dinkins); it was a real boon for NJ in terms of businesses and wealth moving across the Hudson River to us. I expect more of the same now.
While much of rural upstate NY is conservative, it is so outvoted by the urban cesspools that they have little representation.
