I read the article and it says this Black Power advocate killed someone in Maryland, before coming to NYC to kill cops. He spoke Arabic, which means he is aligned with terrorism, as Black Power relates to Black Panthers/Black Liberation Army radicals.

This should be declared ‘a terrorist attack’ as well as Black incitement from that protest in NYC...where they changted they wanted cops killed. All those leaders of that protest should be arrested as accomplices to this crime.
