A principal has been reassigned after a misspelled sign was displayed for more than a week outside a New Jersey public high school.
The message on the sign above the entryway to Paterson’s Public School Number 20 included three mistakes: December was spelled "Dicember," report as "reepor" and a "1" was placed backwards.
After the gaffe was picked up by several local news outlets, Antoinette Young, the school's principal, was reassigned as a vice principal at a different school.

There are a lot of feral apostrophes out there, not just in it’s.
she’s in charge, it’s her responsibility. If was up for a day, it could be excused, but a week?

The SCARY thing is that no one took action to fix the wording for a week. It means that either:
1) No one knew the words were misspelled, or
2) No one felt comfortable telling this ding-a-ling
My vote is with #1, since it is a public school after all.

Well, if it was Pedro, I would have thought that after a day or two, she would have noticed and had it corrected. Unless she thought "Pedro! Lookin' good, ma man! Gimme five!"

My Niece is in a Master’s Program at a College in MS.
When she went to the Orientation Meeting, a Black Female Professor was instructing them on the Paperwork they were filling out.
The Woman actually said “We need you to fill out the questionnaire so we know who you is”.
