Rumors have it that Obama may ask for the sanctions on Russia to be dropped.

BTW this is starting to impact Europe.

It should be noted that the crash in oil prices is due to less demand for it from China, whose economy is grinding to a halt. The Saudis are not pumping any more, they are actually cutting production by a bit.
