Once. I was at a hotel in Chicago after a business meeting and dressed in a good suit. I decided to have a drink at the bar before heading up to bed and ordered a Scotch. As I finished it a very attractive woman walked over to me and set down another. I thought she was a bar maid and told her I hadn't ordered another. She smiled and said that she had bought it for me. I said “Thank you, you're very friendly” she informed me that she could get a lot friendlier for the right price. I must have turned bright red and stammered and could hardly talk. I think she actually felt sorry for me! Anyhow, no sale.
