I taught CJ at Community College level, this is my field...I am amazed that this guy is not in custody after four different crime scenes and six victims, when considering they say he walks with a cane or walker, seriously? I am astounded...

Maybe readiness is not what it should be? Or is he just staying an hour ahead of them all the way? If he can’t run....what?

Could it have been a plot and a ruse, perhaps, perpetrated by shooter? Don't know myself but if suspect is not in the surrounded house ... am sensing massive planning on suspect’s part. Bazaar ...
