Unless he is former special forces, where he can outsmart the enemy even if he is incapacitated, that I would believe.

Just a normal soldier with PTSD and he has eluded four different town police departments, two SWAT teams, killed six people at four different crime season, and wounded a teen. Seriously....these police departments may want to reconsider their training. What would they do in a terrorist attack where the guys are using swords, AK 47s and other terrorist tactics?? WOW..
