While I will admit there is a great amount of detail in this report, none of this can or has been verified to my knowledge by a source outside of government. Why the conspiracy thinking? Because the justice dept has a very clear track record of violating the law and fabricating stories to advance the anti gun agenda. This report detailed though it is contains zero evidence. It's just text. No photographs of the shell casings, etc. given the time that has gone by any reference to the murder weapon could simply be changed to represent 5.56 mm. There is definate motive to do this, so until I see something other than words I will maintain that we do not have proof the weapon used was a rifle
