Admiral Gorshov class frigates carry the navalized s-400 missiles. These are not frigates in the American use, but more like the Franco-Italian Horizon class, the Royal Netherlands Seven Provinces, the German Sachsen class. Meanwhile, the Obama Navy is looking to use our white drowned elephants known as the LCS to be the basis of new frigates.
