A hostage has been forced to hold up an Islamic State flag in the window of a shop in Martin Place that is currently under siege.
It is believed there are 12 hostages in the store and an ISIS flag has been placed in the window.
Martin Place is the main financial area of the Sydney CBD.

If or not the gunman really does have bombs or not...but they’re treating it as so...they’re on full terrorist mode in Australia...not just Sydney but their entire country.

Five people, in total, have escaped the scene. The sixth person seen by some was leaving a neighbouring building where they had been sheltering until they felt safe to leave.

Not really...I’ve been on social networks for quite awhile now following news etc...and I can tell who to look for and who to ignore pretty fast when there’s an event occurring....and those guys are professionals and trained to pick them out...
Interesting Muslims are afraid....some are saying it’s not all Muslims just some few who do this.

No I don’t recall those...I just know that Australia has taken a strong stand against Muslims not abiding by their laws etc....and if they don’t like their laws then leave. This was made public by the PM. some time ago...theyhave no patience for this.

Sky News reporting people hanging around watching taking selfies and drinking beers. The Sky News people are not happy about this.
A young muslim woman was interviewed a couple of hours ago whilst shopping in Sydney.She remarked that people were looking at her in a weird way.Like I said,tonight will be very interesting.
You got a point that this caught most of US News off guard as here it was Sunday night and they were sleeping. I used the Sky News Feed and had BBC World News on as well which also was on it but even BBC took an hour off when it left the broadcast in London as the BBC 1 in London picked up BBC World News coverage but BBC came back later on and remains on it now.
However CNN, Fox News and MSNBC did a poor job. CNN only began coverage when CNN picked up the CNNI feed overnights as it has for some months.
Apparently a reliable count is 15 hostages.
All images being shown on Australian TV are images cleared by the NSW Police. News services are not broadcasting other feeds at police request.

The viral photo could very well be true, but in saying that, for the safety of the public and the hostages, let us wait for confirmation before assuming everything as fact.

I stay off the social networks and wouldn’t have a clue who’s the real deal and who the B.S.ers are.
The only reason any of the muzzies are saying anything against this is because they know it’s going to turn the rest of us against them even more. They may not all do things like this but they still all want the same thing. If they didn’t, they’d abandon islam. The whole purpose is to control the world.
Hopefully the numbers wont get too big.Wonder how far away the nearest mosque is?
