Kevin McCarthy of Thousand Oaks, California, was surprised last spring, when he learned his family doctor of 14 years could not accept the Blue Shield insurance he'd purchased under Obamacare.
He said he was "outraged" because when he was shopping for his policy, Blue Shield confirmed his doctor was covered.
"We were duped," McCarthy said. "Hoodwinked is another good term."
Here's what happened. Insurance companies -- to save money -- are quietly selling what are called "narrow networks." They sharply restrict the number of doctors and hospitals people can see. In some cases, people may be limited to 30 percent or less of the doctors and hospitals nearby.

From the comment section of the article:
That is why people call Obamacare, “affordable insurance you can’t afford to use.”
Well stated!!!!!
I don’t think those weasels really had any other choice until they have the votes to repeal and replace
Oh they had a choice and they chose to be liberal Republicans.
Democrats never surrender when in the minority in the house and senate. The Liberal Republicans despise Conservatives so much even with a majority they surrender to Democrats.
If controlling people with lies is not Satanic, what is?
I don't know what is Satanic, but it's not ego-centric politicians and their lieing, spinning, parsing, self-serving ways. Every day politicians make bad decisions, so does the average person. I don't attribute that to Lucifer. But then there are the Hitlers and Mao's and Taliban types of the world. Maybe THEY are influenced by some Devil in the bowels of the planet.
I've been told and read that God gave us free will to choose right from wrong. So every wrong decision and/or lie that our politicians make is Satan taking over that free will? Not buying it. Some people, whether from upbringing or inherent traits or liberal education make bad decisions.
Look deep into your past and ask yourself if you have ever lied or sinned, according to Chistian/Judeo teachings. Was that Satan or just your own bad decisions with your free will? If you haven't you're in good company with a wonderful man some 2000 years ago, and you're going through the "pearly gates".
Disclaimer: I'm an agnostic, but think Christian/Judeo ethics are the best for humanity.
I’m not talking about blaming Satan to skate responsibility for our own bad decisions. What I mean is that we use our free will to choose doing things God’s way, or Satan’s way.
Deception is Satan’s way, hence Satanic.
Fair enough.
