British soldiers have “lost their capability” to interrogate terrorist insurgents because of strict new rules on questioning that even ban shouting in captives’ ears, military chiefs have warned.
The rules — detailed in court papers obtained by The Telegraph — also prevent military intelligence officers from banging their fists on tables or walls, or using “insulting words” when interrogating a suspect. The regulations replaced a previous policy that had to be withdrawn after a series of legal challenges and the death in custody of Baha Mousa, an Iraqi detainee in Basra.
But there is growing disquiet within the ranks that the latest guidelines, officially called Challenge Direct, are so stringent that it makes interrogation pointless.
There is also concern that the rules can be so easily breached — especially given the pressure under which soldiers are operating — that military personnel will be left exposed to legal claims and possible disciplinary action.

So don’t bother taking prisoners.
Just kill them.
In 13 minutes, you will be dropped from this plane into a pig slop in the country. It will take 2 minutes for your body to hit the ground, slightly longer if you lay flat in the air. You have that long to change my mind. Better start with the good stuff first.
There, no yelling, no swearing, no dying in custody, no hunger strikes, everything handled quickly. Sure, some claims from some pig farmers over littering, but that shouldn’t cost that much to settle.

Won’t be long and killing the enemy will be illegal as well.
The people who write these rules have NEVER been subject to real “war” or having to kill the enemy. When/if that ever became necessary, things would definitely change back. War is not a game or fiction, its real. Ask anyone who has had to pull the trigger to keep themselves alive.
The next major attack on U.S. soil will cause the liberals, that are still alive, to look back at what they have allowed to happen.
Wow, the left proves once again they are our moral superiors. No doubt they’ll need to remind us again (forgetful devils, aren’t we?) somewhere down the road with a new directive that requires soldiers to wring their hands and mewl submissively whenever in the presence of terrorists, so as not to torture the gentlemen with their insensitive behavior. But that’s for later. For now, we’ve been reminded.

I heard that caller. I thought it was his son. Either way, a U.S. Marine was demoted for getting too loud with a terrorist prisoner. This has Obama written all over it. Remember, Obama told the whole world that the future does not belong to those that would slander the prophet of islam. As a people we must be the stupidest on the planet. The scary part is that we are also the most powerful. It's like putting an arsenal of weapons into the hands of a blithering idiot!
The West is just too weak to fight Islamic terror.
What a grave disservice to all who’ve sacrificed and died for this cause up until now.
