Question for anyone:

Will the Cruz-Lee-Sessions actions in the Senate force any re-votes in the House?

The libs also want to amend the bill, and I believe if amended, it has to go back to the House.

If the Senate changes the bill in any way, it would have to be voted on again in the House.

Good Q. I was under the impression that once it leaves the House, it can’t go back unless some major constitutional problems are found.

Good thing we have Cruz as goalie! Now shut it down. As much as the MenSeekingMen will try to obfuscate, over Christmas Dinners will be the talk of Cruz shutting down the gov over Amnesty and Zerocare, and those who voted in Nov will get at least some confidence their vote wasn’t thrown away.

Note the RATS and MSM are poised to give Warren the credit if it shuts down.

I could gather from article in Breitbart that the Constitutional POINT OF ORDER vote would not need a revote in the House but that Warren could attempt to get an amendment for her cause on campaign finance requiring a vote in the house. Not so for Cruz maybe there’s another ace card...deals with libs to get the Warren amendment to the Senate floor...forcing a revote for cromnibus overall thus blocking all the measures...not sure
