There is a young woman at my local McD’s that couldn't be nicer. She is always smiling and gracious. But nobody surpasses the customer service at In-N-Out and Chick-fil-A. Their hiring is phenomenal.

I’ve found that the places where I receive attentive service, like Trader Joes, are companies with significant profit-sharing programs. I wouldn’t be surprised if that was the case with Chic-fil-a.

It’s a winning business strategy.
